If you have questions regarding visiting the show, please check the following for your answers.

Q1What do I need to enter the show?

A1You will need an invitation ticket and business cards. Please apply for the invitation ticket from the following website.

Q2Can I enter concurrent shows as well?

A2If you have an Invitation Ticket for one of the concurrent shows, you can enter all shows for free.

Q3How many people can enter the show per Invitation Ticket?

A3Each invitation ticket allows entry for one person only.

Q4How can I find out more about exhibitors?

A4Please visit the following website to search information of exhibitors. It will be available online around 3 months prior to the opening of the show.

Q5How can I contact exhibitors?

A5Please utilise the appointment request system on the Exhibitor Directory.

Q6Is Floor Map available before the show?

A6The Floor Map will be available on the website around two weeks prior to the opening date of the show.

Q7How can I apply for Technical Conference?

A7Please visit the following website and complete the application.

Q8How can I cancel my application for Technical Conference?

A8Cancellation or change of sessions will not be accepted after completing the application. If the applicant will not be able to make it to the sessions, please have another personnel attend instead.

Q9Is a visa necessary to enter Japan?

A9Show Management does not support VISAs for visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan:

Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

Q11Are there any hotels near the venue?

A11Yes. Visit the following hotel information website for details. (Please note that almost all the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Management recommends visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.) Reservations for hotels can be made online.

Q12Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?

A12Internet access is available at the "Overseas Lounge" during the show which is located within the exhibition. Please ask the ID and Password at the Overseas Lounge.

Q13Can I leave my luggage at the venue?

A13Yes. Cloakrooms and coin lockers are available on-site. Please refer to the floor map of the show venue.

Q14Can I take pictures at the venue?

A14Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls and seminar rooms other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.

Q15Can I visit the show with children?

A15No. This is a B-to-B trade show. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the show.
